Shaw Pipeline Services is a global leader in providing non destructive testing (NDT) serices. Our Eastern Hemisphere team focuses on the international offshore pipeline market, with projects taking place on a pipelaying barges and client spoolbases around the world. 

We are looking for an experienced Adminstrator to support our Projects team. This role will perform a number of adminstration tasks including; assisting with bids and proposals, taking minutes at client meetings, performing document control duties, ensuring the weld archiving process is completed as per procedure.

We are seeking someone who has exceptional organisational and administration skills, ideally gained within an engineering environment. The successful candidate must be able to work to deadlines, communicate with a range of colleagues, be pro-active and initiate improvements to our internal processes.

This role is based out of our Alness office in the Highlands, UK.
