Shaw Pipeline Services is a global leader in providing non destructive testing (NDT) serices. Our Eastern Hemisphere team focuses on the international offshore pipeline market, with projects taking place on a pipelaying barges and client spoolbases around the world. 

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the Offshore team. This role will oversee all field activities including; personnel, scheduling, logistics, equipment and deployment. This is achieved by working closely with the Projects team, as well as leading and directing line reports.

We are seeking someone who is experienced in international operations, who can handle and positively contribute to our ongoing success. The ideal candidate must have exceptional organisation and communication skills, and a desire to continuously improve our systems and processes to meet future needs. 

This role is based out of our Great Yarmouth office in Norfolk, UK.
