Vertex are currently recruiting a Project Manager on a Fixed Term Contract.
Reporting to the Mobilisation Director you will be working within the Mobilisation team. You will interact with the team and manage all day-to-day activities including the setup and implementation of all new contracts, ensuring all are successfully onboarded according to client specifications, facilitating a smooth transition to Operations.
Key Responsibilities
•Creation and implementation of mobilisation plans in line with the requirements of the contract scope and agreed processes.
•Support Mobilisation Director in close out of all actions listed on mobilisation plans.
•To be a Liaison between Client, Account Management and Operations ensuring consistency and standardisation of working processes.
•Facilitate rollout of statutory compliance logbooks and Vertex templates and documentation on site.
•Assist with rollout of CAFM systems to site team and training.
•Work with contract account management to ensure smooth transition and contracts are mobilised within budgets and as per contractual documentation.
•Manage mobilisation process from start to finish, including but not limited to managing the process, meetings, resource, and completion of tasks.
•Assist in the production of any reports required by the Mobilisation Director
•To complete all the above duties, helping to ensure the smooth running of the Mobilisation Team.
The hours of work average 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 08:00 & 17:00. However, flexibility is required to complete the duties associated with the role.
